Booking & Scheduling

How soon can I get an appointment?

It depends on the therapist’s availability, but we’ll do our best to get you scheduled as soon as possible. Please note that we do not offer evening appointments.

How long does counseling usually take?

Every person’s journey is different. Some clients see meaningful progress in just a few sessions, while others choose to continue therapy for several months or longer. Your therapist will work with you to create a plan that fits your goals and timeline.

Do I need to prepare anything before my first session?

Once you create a new account through our client portal, you’ll be asked to complete some paperwork. You should receive an email with instructions. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our office.

Is what I share in counseling confidential?

Yes. Everything you discuss with your therapist is kept strictly confidential, in accordance with HIPAA privacy laws. We will only share information with others if you give written permission or if it’s required by law to protect your safety or others’.
